FizzleGames ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Ember Survivors (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

The App itself does not require account creation or collect personally identifiable information directly. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google AdMob - used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store In-App Purchase / Unity In-App Purchasing - used to process in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled by Google Play or Apple; we do not store your payment information.
• Unity Gaming Services - used to support in-app purchase functionality.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging - used to send push notifications. It may collect a device push token and basic device information to deliver notifications.

Tracking (iOS)

On iOS, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalized advertising. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads may still be shown but will not be personalized using the advertising identifier. You can change this choice at any time in your device Settings.

Push Notifications

The App may ask for permission to send push notifications, for example about game updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Local Data Storage

The App stores game progress, settings, and currency balances locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
